You authorized her doctors to change her medications?! To something experimental? Without talking to me?

I've always had better control of it than most. Ever since I was a child. My brother is the emotional one. I was not.

Something wrong with emotions?

Your decisions become clouded by them too easily.

Sometimes decisions are just emotional, sugar.

Which leads to what happened above.

Sometimes people need to be yelled at. Sometimes you just gotta yell. Stop beating on yourself over it, sweetie.

Nothing to work on. Stop, and you're done. Easy, honey.

If it were as easy as that, there would be no need for counselors.

But you got all that control over your emotions, right, honey?

I attempt to, yes, but we've noticed that even I am not perfect.

Nobody is. So stop it. Go talk to whoever it was y'all yelled at or stay mad for a little bit. But it don't mean anything but that you're not perfect.

I believe that someone who claimed to be 'perfect', and believed in it, would be rather boring. The faults are the interesting parts of a person.

You can't stand coffee. Interesting.

There's a place near the hospital I work at. I think they serve tea as well.

Is the tea any good, honey?

It making you sick is a good excuse for not liking it. I'll accept that. I have an unhealthy addiction to the stuff, myself.

I've never tried it, but it seems to be more than lipton black.
