	I never think it's selfish to hope. You got to have hopes in order to keep yourself going, I think. Oh, that's not the real one, I'll admit. Real one doesn't get used much these days except when I call up my Ma or talk to my sister. And as pretty as yours is, it's not like it's real common either, darling. Nah, no one wants to see my ass up onstage anywhere. I'm just a guy that's been around enough to start to learn to go with shit as it happens. So I'll stick to what I'm doing now. Thanks for that thought though. Made me smile a bit.

That really what it means? Mine's "he laughs", which just makes it seem like things are a joke. I've moved around a bit, so it was easy enough to just start introducing myself as something else once I hit somewhere new. Don't know how well that'd work if you were staying in one spot, though.

Girl, for all you know I've got a voice like a chipmunk. And I don't have the education to be writing books. Real flattered that you think I could, though.

Didn't like where I started out, so I up and left one day. Then I just never really stopped. But I've been here a few months now and this one might stick for a while. If for no other reason that I got people I know here now from my past, and like I said early, someone in my head making me softer so that I worry about them all the time.

Well you could either go with flattered, or just figure I do that same thing to everyone. It'd be the truth, after all. Think everyone I know in this city's been called baby at some point. And you might be onto something with the fingerpainting.

Both. No one's got a lick of sense around here, it seems. And I don't have a troublemaker, like some folks do, but it's more of the lacking sense.
