Any tips for a caffeine replacement? I'm not supposed to have caffeine, and I'm missing my coffee more than I would have imagined.

	They aren't, I wouldn't have suggested it if I knew. Most of these adrenaline based drinks aren't. I'd suggest weaning off caffeine entirely, drink more herbal tea. Also congratulations. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I wouldn't take the chance in the early stages. Eventually the drowsiness will wear off and you'd be surprised how herbal supplements keep people energized. But I'm a health food nut, so you're talking to someone biased. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I think these are the smarter ways to go about it, but if it does put things in perspective, back in the day people didn't think or care about what they ate. Even our parents and grandparents smoked and drank during pregnancy. Not that I encourage heavy drinking, but if people drink a little caffeine, I doubt it'll be a big deal. 	I have no idea. For hundreds of years people did whatever they wanted. Of course that might also explain why kids died young in pre-1900s. I agree, plus I generally suggest everyone go green if they have the choice. There's a great farmer's market around here for health food. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
