[An extended pause, press of pen tip.] I believe that I am currently at a plateau and that I shall not be making further strides. If I stay here, I fear that something will need to change, likely my level of medication, in order to counteract the desire to leave. I do not claim to be completely well, but neither am I currently on the brink of suicide as I was before.
