Hey peeps. Is Kei here. I'm bringing PENELOPE TO THE YARD. She's a slightly-too-thin Muggleborn ex-Ravenclaw from the hood working as a clerk in the deparment of Magical Law Enforcement in the Ministry. She likes the Ministry, even if it does have a lot of meanie purebloods in it. She's also kind of a Muggle rights activist. If she wrote cat macros, she'd make one of an emo pureblood cat with the caption, "MY OPPRESSION. iz not so bad, actuly."

For the record, she does not eat frogs. In case anyone was wondering.

After profusely apologizing to everyone on AIM for being quiet as of late, I think I'm going to ask officially to take a quick few days break. Having spent the entire previous month in a different country, I have lots of things to catch up on. School papers, scholarships, financial aids, as well as looking for a job to pay for all of the above. Luckily, I'm nearly done, so again, in like three days time I'll be right back and active as can be.

Hello everyone!

It is shameful that I have not even introduced myself yet, and I am so sorry about that. I am Alison and this will be Remus as soon as I find him a PB (still very open to suggestions) and post his userinfo. Remus is currently chilling out doing Hogwarts and werewolf stuff. Except not so much with the chilling because obviously he is distraught about Kingsley and such. As the Tonks player mentioned already, there is no Teddy and no marriage. Other than that I don't think there's anything that varies dramatically from DH and the other books. I am internet-less until Monday after tonight, so most likely that is when I will get all of that up and write an entry for him.

As for me, I'm twenty one, though I have forgotten my age (REALLY forgotten, like for several minutes and had to sit there and try to work it out with math, not one of those brief lapses) more than once so it's possible that that is a lie. But I'm pretty sure it's not. I'm a student at University of Toronto, where I am doing a double major in World Religion and Psychology. During the summer I live in a corn field and work at a kid's theatre. But I need to find a new summer job because my boss at the theatre is an absolute shrew. At school I work as a residence Don which is fantastic good times because my residents are pretty much the most fabulous people ever. (We are the Arts and Culture floor and basically we do a lot of finger-painting and theatre-going which is very awesome.) Um. I am overly fond of musical theatre, I can solve a Rubik's Cube, and I am so excited about the amount of snow we've had this year because I love it. And that is all.

Good evening and a happy New Years to everyone! I'm kiwi and I will be playing your friendly neighbourhood shapeshifter, Nymphadora Tonks.

Tonks is, at heart, a prankster with a strong sense of humour and fun, and found a kindred spirit in her cousin Sirius. The war, however, and the death of two of her once superiors in the Aurors office have shaken her. Ever the hufflepuff, she's devoted to her duties to the Order. Now she's obsessed with finding the people who killed her superiors and friends, to put a final end to the Death Eaters and watch them finally go into oblivion where she firmly believes they belong. Tonks can be a bit reckless, and relies on gut instinct and spur of the moment reactions to drive her actions.

Unlike DH, Tonks wasn't married to Remus, nor did she have Teddy. Rather, her feelings for him remained a one sided infatuation until he left to go with the werewolves. Shaken by how strongly her feelings for him affected her, Tonks has doubled, tripled, her attention to her duties as a kind of safekeeping to make sure she is never so vulnerable again. She puts up a strong front, but the events with the proffesor left their mark on her. But Tonks would rather avoid thinking about it at all than actually facing it, for fear of falling into despair and losing her abilities once more. It still affects her, and with the upcoming plot with the werewolf persecution, it will begin to show more and more. Ironic to think that in another time and another world, that very persecution would have affected her herself :)

I adore a good plot and will work with practically anything and anyone. About me? Hm! I'm a plot maniac and a strategy obsessee. Ironically, I didn't mean to get half as attached to playing Tonks as I did. I started out playing Bellatrix and became quite fond of her as she's more my type of character, until the game I played Tonks briefly in died and the next game I played her in exploded in plot. I ended up having so much fun with her, I just had to play her again! But after DH, you can imagine how that became a tad more difficult, throwing me into a bit of an involuntary hiatus. This will be my first game since November, so I'm really looking forward to it!

One more! The prophet article is actually up now... Not just the headlines!! Happy Gaming, y'all! Poor Kingsley!

So I just realized I haven't done this yet because I'm a spaz...

Hey everyone! My name is Devin and I have the lovely Ginny Weasley! She's a seventh year Gryffindor and IS at Hogwarts right now because Molly needed more than half of her children to finish school. Haha.

Um, a bit about me first? I am 19 years old, a sophomore in college and a Music Education Major with a focus in voice (for now) I am a very friendly person and quite bouncy at times. I love music and writing and have been doing both for quite a few years. I've been RPing for about 5, but only about a year and a half in HPverse. Ginny is my favorite Charrie to play and I'm very excited to be playing her here!

Okay, So Ginny is (obviously) a seventh year Gryffindor. She's all legal now and the only reason she's back at school is to finish (she's not thrilled with the idea, but at least she's done after this year) She's not quite as perky and optimistic as she was before the previous year of school, but she's definitely getting a bit of her spunk back. She's just as short-tempered as ever and probably will explode on your charrie at least once. She's just techy is all. haha. Um she pretty much hates Slytherins with an undying passion of a thousand burning suns, but everyone else she'll give a chance before holding a grudge.

Michelle and I have discussed a number of scenarios for opening the game and right now I'm pretty sure we're going to open the game for play sometime soon and kick off plot 01/01/08 with Kingsley's assassination. I do want to make sure we are keeping you all aware of what's going on, so we don't lose you between now and then. With the holiday coming up so soon it seems silly to start play when everyone will be so busy from now until New Years. We also don't want to leave the community idle either, so, be on the lookout for that announcement sometime soon.

Other than that we will try to get a chat going sometime soon if everyone is on, but again the time of year makes it difficult. So start posting your introductory posts and plotting. Also the Fluff N Smut community is already open for OOC play, so feel free to go crazy over there!
