It is my son's birthday on Thursday. In my mind, he should be turning four, but as the island has it's own ideas, it looks like it will be his eighth unless things revert by then.

Well, I think I shall give him some sort of treat in Florida- what would anyone from the time suggest? He's never had a party before, and- he hasn't experienced much that this time has to offer, either.

And of course- anyone that would like to celebrate with us is welcome, especially if you have children.

	Ah, that would be wonderful, as long as it isn't too much trouble. He's been obsessed with the idea of chocolate cake since he had his first taste on the island a few months ago- are you able to do something like that? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Absolutely! What type of chocolate does he like? Milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate? What's his name? I can put it on the cake. Is there going to be a theme to the party? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Ooh, could you maybe make it a White-Dark-AND-Milk Chocolate Ganache of some sort? Then again... would that maybe too rich for the kiddo? I mean, I wouldn't want him to get sick on his birthday...! 	I could top a cake with a swirled white, dark and milk chocolate ganache. That wouldn't be too rich, would it? Or have a ganache filling or layer cake with ganache between the layers? I'd be happy to decorate it! Jack's an easy name to fit on a cake. (Reply to this) (Parent)
