It is my son's birthday on Thursday. In my mind, he should be turning four, but as the island has it's own ideas, it looks like it will be his eighth unless things revert by then.

Well, I think I shall give him some sort of treat in Florida- what would anyone from the time suggest? He's never had a party before, and- he hasn't experienced much that this time has to offer, either.

And of course- anyone that would like to celebrate with us is welcome, especially if you have children.

	Yes, that is a rather swell idea! There is much entertainment at the beaches here already. And you'd be most welcome. He's such an isolated little boy, it would be nice for him to meet some children. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I just have the one child, but she's met other children at the daycare they've set up. Have you sent your son there? (Reply to this) (Parent)
