Okay, please please PLEASE, someone tell me I'm not hearing things. That I haven't actually had my mental break. Can anyone else actually hear a very lovely Louisiana Bayou accent over the CB?

Good to know I'm not the only one.

I haven't seen her in four centuries.

Last time I saw Jason... He was dead at my feet. Eight years ago. I know nothing compared to four hundred years.

I at least had a lifetime with Heather, she lived to a ripe old age and died in my arms. I'm sorry you didn't get that chance with Jason, hopefully this will be a second chance for you.

I don't know if I want it. This place is beyond cruel Connor. He knew me when I was a girl. Before I had any blood on my hands.

If he judges you for that then he doesn't deserve you. Hopefully he'll understand life isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Just as I hope Heather does

It is.

Trying to explain to someone you love that it hasn't been minutes or days, but centuries...

I'm trying.

Though not centuries, just eight years.

and I have a kid. And apparently he doesn't know we were married.

Eight years at your age is a lifetime, especially with Tim involved.

You were married? That must be rough. Call me if you need anything ok?

I guess it is almost a quarter of it.

Yeah, for like a week, maybe two.

I will thank you. You call me if you need anything too. Maybe we can go to crazytown together?

I might take you up on that. My wife never traveled beyond rural 16th century Scotland, this will be an adjustment for us both.
