	Oh goodness me, it has been a while since someone had a normal response to finding themselves here! Welcome to Neverland, as Dean said. As for where everyone is, well that might depend on them. 	I make a killer burger, some use it to cope with. If that's not enough Mitchell's pub is stocked, and Grey's club is too. Though I have put a massive dent in both. 	Yeah, I might know that face as well as you do. ~~I cleaned both of them. Stitched up both of them. Made them look presentable for the people who loved them.~~ I don't think anybody that's ever met Sam Winchester would ever forget him, Cas.
