IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Okay so I've volunteered to help out at the hospital, keeping medical records up to date, sorting non-emergency appointments and the like.

So with that in mind, until I have chance to get together a more structured questionnaire I could do with knowing everyone's medical history - medication taken, any operations, illnesses that kind of thing. If you're unsure of whether it's important or not stick it down anyway and I can sort it all out.

Any questions, and the medical histories themselves can be emailed to me, or I can arrange to pick them up. These will be treated in strictest confidence, just in case anyone was wondering. Just because there aren't any data protection laws here doesn't mean I won't be following them.

	The eight year-old wasn't the intended recipient. Although, tbh, I don't know why an eight year-old had a personal email address in the first place, that's just fucking asking for trouble.
