IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Okay so I've volunteered to help out at the hospital, keeping medical records up to date, sorting non-emergency appointments and the like.

So with that in mind, until I have chance to get together a more structured questionnaire I could do with knowing everyone's medical history - medication taken, any operations, illnesses that kind of thing. If you're unsure of whether it's important or not stick it down anyway and I can sort it all out.

Any questions, and the medical histories themselves can be emailed to me, or I can arrange to pick them up. These will be treated in strictest confidence, just in case anyone was wondering. Just because there aren't any data protection laws here doesn't mean I won't be following them.

Many thanks in advance for your co-operation.

Grey White.

You know, this could be the first time the doctors office sits you down with a questionnaire that includes such questions as;

'Are you currently and have you always been Human?' Yes, No,

If no, please specify your current or previous species -

I know. I possibly find the idea more amusing than I should.

Also thinking about it - do I need to mention the fact I was a vampire for a while? And my sexual history with a werewolf - will that affect anything.

The NHS was never set up for all this, was it?

Good point. What is and isn't important to document when it comes to the supernatural?

Though,, Mitchell's currently stuck in the body of a woman who at one point was a pony. Maybe it's less about 'is this worth mentioning' and more ..I don't think there's going to be any way for us to factor in how utterly fucked up this place is?

I think you're right, otherwise they certainly neglected to label the effectiveness of the pill on Werewolves.

If the pony boy can add something, the random body changes and power losses make things a little bit complicated as well. I dropped dead on the train for a week if you remember. You can't just bury everyone who dies, they might spring back to life. Go with questions like 'In case the Spire screws with your powers are you expected to drop dead?' Yes - No.

And I demand this 'Do we always need to check your current species because the Spire hates you enough to give your powers to other people?'

And a classic: 'Do you sometimes need a vet?' You guys should hire one or brush up on animal anatomy at one point.

I remember.

Perhaps the medical staff ought to know to question your species on arrival, Mitchell? Just hope there's no need for mineral or vegetable in the future.

And then there's Eve. Completely free of any lupine tendencies despite her pedigree.

Grey's definitely got her work cut out for her writing this questionnaire up.

They should or else I need to report to them every second day. Oh Jesus, if vegetables show up we will need to be careful about what we eat. Actually, we should hang up a list somewhere of what not to shoot.

Stubborn Eve. She really doesn't want to be put in a category, does she?

She'll have fun, I'm sure.

Also a good one: 'can your organs be used for donations or are they completely rotten?'
