- We are circling a faraway star.
- There is no way to leave this place of our own volition, but we will someday leave.

- Most of the property and goods here are unclaimed, and so taking them is not theft.

	Well, technically there is a way to leave, but you wont get anywhere you want to be, considering some of the surrounding planets are at war.
