It has come to my attention, that two people were shot... Because we are afraid of each other. Even if that wasn't the reason, I feel it is long past time for a "town-hall" meeting. It has been years, enough years that I don't think, besides a handful, that any of you attended the last one we had.

I would like to see every single one of you in attendance, young and old, men, women, children, and in between. There is a large amphitheater classroom in the University that will seat everyone, and then some, comfortably.

We do not need to be afraid of each other here, because I don't doubt there will come a time that we well need each other, again. I'm not being dramatic, but I'm talking life and death need, not just because one or the other has a useful skill that would make life easier.

So please, help me end this, and bring us all together again.

Edit: There will be drinks and snacks.

Oh of course, and that entitles you to everything we had. By all means you shouldn't have simply said, 'hey, we need help.' you had to take what we worked for.

Oh, by the way, the supplies only replenish every December. We were here about four months without, and I'm pretty sure, that we didn't a door in that time either. So, much like on the island, we had to build up from the ground up, using know how and common sense. Where everyone pitched in.

And we didn't steal from one another to get it done.

oh, fuck off. you were being hostile and threatening from day one. I wasn't about to ask for help so you could just say no.

and you're clearly never going to actually listen or believe a word I say so I'm not trying again. no one else is bothered by what we did anymore because they understood once they got the whole story. so you keep believing you have whatever kind of power you think you have and enjoy that little narrative. none of your effort has worked to ostracize me yet and I don't expect it to start now.

James, let me refresh your memory. You took my son. And left my granddaughter, which is no longer here by the way, alone and helpless. And when everything was said and done, and I tried to be nice to you, you thought being an asshole was the way to go.

So, where in that, should I have just bent over and let you give it to me raw and unlubricated up the ass? When you took the food I had gathered for the people who had sought refuge from Higgs? Or should I have immediately done it while my granddaughter was screaming for her father? You have been noting but an entitled ingratiateful asshole since you got here, you didn't try anything. Not even when Higgs was dead and Bucky was returned from the hell you left him in.

you mean when I woke up starving and sick and realized I was in a fortress set up specifically to attack the people I was associated with? I left the kid with the door open and asleep because I didn't know if knocking on someone's door would get me killed on the spot, obviously you managed to find her. I took food. because I had no way of knowing if there was any more out there.

like I've said many times already and won't be saying again. I didn't know they would leave. Higgs conned us too. and you know that.

I'm going to be honest. You haven't even been a facile thought in my head, since I lifted your ban from Wheel three. I have a family, and I have other problems that aren't a little self entitled asshole. if you had not inserted yourself into this conversation, I would have never brought you up. Or the things you did. I would have continued on not thinking about you.

If you want my opinion of you to change, try not being the absolute worst every time we cross paths. Or, I don't know, when you get that flash of needing to be an asshole to someone, just don't. Or you could do a tiny little thing to show you are at least a little repentant.

You want to continue to be a fucking asshole? Fine. But don't expect my treatment of you to change. Because if you act like an asshole to me, I'm going to treat you like you're an asshole.

I brought Bucky here. He's my friend and I wanted him to be safe so I brought him here. But it swapped him with your Bucky and that's when I started trying to work out a way to bring people here without using Higgs' method. I didn't know where people went to, I didn't know. Ask Sarah, I kept asking her questions about who brought people here. I thought if I could explain to them what was going on, they would bring people here without doing the swaps.

But Bucky didn't take your son away. That was me. So don't blame him for something he had no say in.

I dont need her. she hadn't been on our station for a long time and has too many kids to deal with here anyway.

if she can't even realize why we took food and shit or why I didn't want to trust her immediately after she hoarded all of the supplies and spent weeks threatening me then she can just hate me and I can keep pointing out her bull when she tries to act like she's in charge.

Bucky's home, and Higgs is dead, I'm more than ready to let that drop, but if James is going to bring up old news, then I'm going to make sure it's the whole truth and nothing but the truth, where he's concerned.
