	My faith asks that I serve. I did not have the mind to be a scholar or the voice to become a chanter, and I was of the wrong sex to become a priest, so I serve as a templar. 	Demons seek to physically enter the world, often via possession, something that happens when one makes a deal with them. Usually they promise power or whatever you desire and in return they possess you, it sounds similar to your deal with your patron. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Yeah, that sounds like a mess I wouldn't want to get involved in. My patron doesn't possess me. I follow him, like clerics and paladins follow their gods. He speaks to me very occasionally and asks me to do a quest, but if I said no, he couldn't make me. If I always said no I'd just be...outside his grace or whatever. He wouldn't be impressed.

Being possessed by anyone would suck.
