Provision of Therapy
Hey everyone,

Sorry I wasn't around to help when things got really bad. I panicked and went off the radar, I hope you can forgive me.

As a measure of "doing my part" and helping, I know that Higgs employed some awful tactics and these things can leave scars we can't see.
I am a qualified and practised Psychotherapist, so if you need to talk and have someone listen and help you through some of the darkness, I'm here.

I hope you are all ok!

Hi.

I don't think you need forgiveness for panicking in a scary time.

If someone needs to talk about stuff other than Higgs, could you help them?

It's not for an appointment, by the way.

I run the support group here, which is like AA because that's what I'm used to. And about this time last year, I asked Dr Cuddy about helping me train to be a counsellor because I didn't feel like just having the AA available was enough. And there are people here who don't have a substance abuse problem, but could still use the help (even before Higgs showed up). I've been reading any papers she's been able to source for me, and talking with other people who have some experience in the field, although everything took a back-seat with all that's been going on recently. I guess what I'm really asking is, would you be able (and willing?) to help me with this?

No way! I served my own time on a ballet course, switched to more contemporary dance later on.

Well, Rhys' and my boys are more teenagers. I think it would be good for them to have someone to talk to, especially after what happened to Richie.
