Backdated to Canada Day morning.
I'll be serving Canadian inspired foods all day in honour of Canada Day.   Please stop by!

For Breakfast:
A hearty back bacon (Canadian bacon) strata. 
Fresh fruit
Cretons on toast.

For lunch.
Wild boar poutine with white cheddar curd and rosemary
My even better than KD mac and cheese
Saskatchewan-style Lentil Salad
Homemade maple leaf cookies

For dinner
Spilt pea soup with ham.
Salmon coated in maple butter and crushed pistachios
Tourtiere (meat pie)
Maple glazed parsnips, turnips and carrots.
Bannock bread
Saskatoon-style berry pie.
