Both. And then some. Imagine your brand of insanity but with your wife's charm and ingenuity. All the chaos, but with the ability to convince everyone she's innocent and dedication enough not to lose interest half way through something complicated.

Oh she's smart as hell. Just uses her powers for more...entertainment than anything else. Dad was always a little more functional in his inventions.
