I would like to openly apologize to anyone that I might have made uncomfortable in the past. If I have said or done anything that you didn't like, I apologize. It was completely unintentional.

Please feel free to tell me if there was a problem or if there is one in the future. The last thing I want to do is make people uncomfortable.

I see. Were you friends with him before he was The Boyfriend? Are we sure it's maybe not The Girlfriend who is uncomfortable and not him?

Oh, sure, only permanent damage even counts as damage. Come on, now.

Yes, we were. He actually helped me through a tough situation.

Throwing me out an airlock is the first one that comes to mind.

Things like that change when people get into relationships. We all like to pretend that they don't, and that we're not like that, and it won't change anything, but inevitably it does.

Right. Empty threats, or are you worried she's serious?

I was really hoping he wasn't one of those kinds of people.

Oh they're empty threats to try to keep me in line. I don't think anyone would actually resort to murder around here. Even if it wouldn't be permanent.

Men and women can't really be friends, did When Harry Met Sally teach you nothing?

Still, if we were back home I'd be pointing out that it is more than enough to report to the police. 'Behaving in a manner that would cause fear and alarm in a reasonable person'. Don't really know who you'd report it to here, though. Bit fucking worrying Maybe the King?!

I've never actually seen that. Other than the "I'll have what she's having" scene but I think everyone has seen that.

There's at least one other person that feels the same way she does. A woman I thought was family. Apparently that bond ended when my husband and daughter disappeared. Her brother and niece. And someone that I thought would stand up for me has shunned me for some imagined infraction. At least he just told me to leave him alone rather than threatening to kill me.

It's a classic. And it will answer your questions in a way that only cheesy 80s movies can.

You're having a pretty rough time of it. Understatement of the century. We need to consider some sort of justice

My entire Billy Crystal viewing history is him hosting the Oscars. And reruns of SNL.

When people need someone to blame it's usually me. Sometimes for things I actually find, sometimes for things they think I did, sometimes for things I had no control over. Just the way it is.
