	I've been careful so far. I just... don't want to be fooling around with her, and accidentally brush one, or both areas, and have her worried about it. 	Right. No pressure, keep things cool. Should I keep casually avoiding the areas? Or just... See that's where I get hung up. She tenses when I get close. I don't think she notices that she does, and it's only barely perceptible but I notice. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

What worked with my Dad is to let him get used to it. He wasn't very good with physical touch when we first met in this time. I always tried to push things a little bit, you know? Let go, when he tensed too much but more so I felt him relax after a bit so I was able to keep pushing forward one bit after another. I don't know if it will work in your case but it worked wonders for me.

	Yeah, that's what I meant. I know she's not as itchy with being touched as Dad was. Just let her get used to being touched around these areas but always be respectful. If you feel that she makes a move to avoid it, don't enforce it. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
