Who: Holly Page & Lucas Frost
What: Friends don't let friends be injured in peace Holly cares about her friends, okay?
When: After this
Where: Lucas' room
Warnings: None?
Holly had grabbed two bottles of water, ice packs, snacks, ibuprofen, a hot water bottle and a bottle of whiskey from her personal stash before heading over to let herself into where Lucas was feeling sorry for himself.
Why he'd decided that the best idea was to go up against Bear she had no clue and she would be disappointed until her dying day that there was no footage of the fight. Bear was a formidable opponent, it was why she limited her combat situations with him to training in normal gym or partnered combat in the hologym. She might have been able to hold her own against a huge number of opponents who were significantly stronger than her but Bear... he was a class of his own. He was like the supers with super-strength and enhanced combat abilities. A recipe for injuries.
She had a sneaking suspicion as to why he hadn't gone to Avery to get healed and it was touching, but probably unwarranted. She knew the healer well enough and knew that it would bother her more that Lucas was suffering than any potential impact to herself. Holly would rather punch herself in the face than admit aloud that it was sweet how much he cared. Possibly also because Lucas would die of mortification that his actual feeling heart was spoken aloud and without someone like Scott or Lucas to keep her sane, Holly would probably have cracked and gone back to the marines.
"Knock knock, princess," she drawled as she let herself into his room and flicked on the light. "I literally have everything you could possibly need to help you handle man-pain."
Knocking the door closed with her foot, she tossed the small bottle of ibuprofen to him and followed it a moment later with a bottle of water.
"Drugs first, then food, then alcohol and ice. Then the play-by-play to make up for me not having any footage to laugh at."
