I do too, but they were right in this case. Human colonies were going missing and the goddamn bureaucrats wanted to do nothing but argue about whether it was even worth investigating.

Learned my lesson, though. I cut ties from them when their big boss discovered I wasn't going to compromise my ideals for the sake of technology.

	Not that I know of. I think I would've remembered making a contract like that. Terrorists or not, they gave me the resources to put a stop to the abductions when the Council didn't, and eventually the abductions would've hit other species. We were just the first.
