	Because they love each other and it makes them happy, obviously. Huh. Things worked out differently on our end. All that nonsense with the Osterhagen key and what-not, she got sick of UNIT, travels with Tom instead, doing the save-the-world thing in different ways. Less aliens and more kids, in Tom's case.
