Dude... how do I have this much homework already? I just started back at school. Somehow I can handle evil villains and temporal alternate dimensions, but stick me with a science project and I'm toast.

Can someone who is way smarter than me help me with the scientific method? Apparently I need a poster board and everything. Office supply stores better watch out! Gar is coming for you.

	Don't worry about it. It's more of a me thing. I had to ask Stiles to not call me that too, so I promise it's not a you thing at all. My siblings and I were all homeschooled and trained to be superheroes. Sounds fun, was not. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Yeah, we definitely didn't have a say in the matter. I have an ability, and it's certainly out of the ordinary, but I'm not sure if I'd call it special Special makes it sound like a good thing. It's kind of hard to explain, but there's a dimensional bridge from my stomach area to a place of nightmares. Usually what comes through has a lot of tentacles. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Nice! I can show you if you're interested. The animals are always green when I turn into them, but I mean, green is an awesome color so no complaints here.

Okay so... when you say dimensional bridge... Hold on, let me get my thoughts together. Before coming here, I used to be able to visit this place called The Red. It's sort of like a crossroads of different dimensions. I can't seem to access it anymore since arriving here, but Ben... what if your dimensional stomach bridge was connected to The Red? I'm just thinking out loud, sorry. But, just curious... were you born like that?

That's an interesting theory, and one entirely plausible given where we currently are, not to mention the many-worlds interpretation. I've never tried to go into the space myself, given the entrance is literally in my body, and no one's ever attempted to breach it by going through me. It would probably be... messy. And Bad. Very, very Bad.

And, yes, I was born like this. Dad released this extra-planetary substance called Marigold (such a dumb name), and dozens of women all over the world spontaneously got pregnant and gave birth at the same time. All of us had powers, like Klaus (who can see/control ghosts) and Alison (who can tell people to do anything she wants). I have other brothers, too, and a sister-in-law, but they're not here anymore. They had abilities, too. What can I say? We put the "fun" in, etc.

tl;dr—Our dad played mad scientist and almost messed us up for life because he wanted to "save the world".

Unconsciously a personal choice. It's my favorite color, but I've never actually tried to turn into an animal of a different color. I'm not sure if it's possible.

Yooo... that's crazy, Ben! And I totally get the dangerous part about trying to breach the space in your body. One time, I turned into a virus and infiltrated Connor's body to rid him of this infection. It was such a wild ride! I mean, if we can figure out something similar with you, I'd be down to check it out. But only if you're comfortable with it, of course! So no pressure at all.

Your dad is like a sneeze away from achieving evil villain status.

	Yeah anytime you'd like! Just say the word. I sure did. We made sure it was safe for me and Connor at STAR Labs before we committed to it, but at that point, we didn't have any other options.
