Dude... how do I have this much homework already? I just started back at school. Somehow I can handle evil villains and temporal alternate dimensions, but stick me with a science project and I'm toast.

Can someone who is way smarter than me help me with the scientific method? Apparently I need a poster board and everything. Office supply stores better watch out! Gar is coming for you.

Okay so I haven't quite figured out what I wanna do yet. I'm thinking I want to do something simple like maybe what makes ice melt faster? Or turning a potato into a battery? Something like that.

Nothing's unoriginal if you come at an experiment from your own angle. We can work with that. The potato battery is something I've seen done before.

I like that perspective! I'm a little anxious cause I've never had a strict school deadline to adhere to. But I'm totally ready to make it happen.

Don't be anxious, science is easy once you get the hang of it. My project is building a wind turbine so I'm already working on a method surrounding generating electricity, if you want to combine forces with the potato.

Girl with strawberry blond hair. It does make it easier to spot us in a crowd.

Thanks! I really appreciate it. I haven't gone to a real school in... well, I don't think I've ever really gone to a real school now that I think about it. My parents used to travel a lot, so I just always learned wherever I could. And that is... a huge info dump on my part. Sorry!

They were researchers! They would travel around the world trying to help people where they could. I used to help with their work sometimes, but fieldwork is way different from turning in a homework assignment or doing a school project.

Kinda leaning toward "what makes ice melt faster?" I think that might be the easiest thing to work up. I'm totally not used to homework and projects.

"Ben" works a little bit better than "Dude", but it's no problem at all. I get coming from an alternative schooling background. It can be a pretty big mental shift.

Don't worry about it. It's more of a me thing. I had to ask Stiles to not call me that too, so I promise it's not a you thing at all. My siblings and I were all homeschooled and trained to be superheroes. Sounds fun, was not.
