Everything feels so festive and lovely. There were certain traditions back home, but I don't think there was anything quite like this. So full of joy and wonderment. You can feel the energy in the air. Even if I don't entirely understand it, I still cannot help but be wrapped up in it.

Despite this, I am still longing for the freedom of space. There's nothing like being in my shuttle surrounded by the darkness of space with no planets or anything else around me. It may be overwhelming, yes, but it is also thrilling in a way. At least it is for me. I suppose that longing will pass with time. Or if it does not More meditation and tea is required.

I cannot wait to see what other festivities are to be had in the coming weeks.

There are always liaison positions needed. Unfortunately, it is a lot of "who you know" in this day and age.

Given what I know about your friend, you may be able to find easy work as a translator. I will admit that I am not sure how much the language will have evolved by your time, however. It should be fairly easy to figure that out.
