I interviewed at a few local florists and nurseries, and all of them wanted to hire me on the spot when they learned what I can do with plants, only they want me to sign a "non-compete"?

I just received the first one in my email, and I read it, and it seems really harsh. Anything I grow while employed by them, even if it's at home, belongs to them. I also wouldn't be able to grow plants or make bouquets for friends unless they're sold through the florist.

I was told that I don't have to hide my powers here, but maybe I shouldn't have said anything?
