Alright, whatever nonsense this is can stop now. I'm already quite aware of how much of a failure and disappointment I am to everyone I know, I don't need to also dream about it repetitively every time I attempt to get some sleep.

It's hard to remember sometimes, because the anxiety makes the negative thoughts so very loud. But you have friends who will help you remember, when you can't do it for yourself.
