We're still getting off the ground but we pay pretty competitively with the general area. And there's usually tips and the opportunity for growth as we get bigger.

I worked for a radio station, so I can do about anything. I mostly did the hits station, but occasionally I filled in for the country music station when they didn't have anyone.
