i'm just relieved that i read this before my neighbors went to bed because i lol, seriously out loud with:

“Shit, Brian, I still had my socks on,” Justin laughed and stripped them off.

and i think brian's comment on the plumber is funny, too:

"And the plumber wasn’t even remotely fuckable--although I could see the crack of his ass.” Brian complained.
