[Posted about 2 hours before sunrise.]

[There's a bit of silence before her voice begins. It's clearly tired, though she tries to hide her exhaustion with a wry tone.]

To all the people who are still awake - there's probably like two of you - let's play a game.

[She takes a long pause, trying to collect her thoughts.]

Let's hear what tonight has taught us all. If you learned anything, put it here. [She laughs, the sound tapering out into a whisper.] Make it good.

[A faint grunt of approval.] Better for you. Witches aren't to be trifled with.

[Very tired, syllables dragging.] That is lies and slander.

You must not have met many witches. They do nothing but wreak havoc on the forest-they curse creatures and kill to satiate their evil.

No they don't. Some of them just don't want nosy little - [A pause, grumbling.] Snot-faced teenagers poking in where they don't belong. Stealing things.

[The Wolf clearly doesn't buy that one.] Maybe. But if that's the case, I've never seen a witch like that.

[She heaves a sigh, voice idle.] Maybe you just haven't looked hard enough. Not all of us are bad. The worst ones just know how to make a lot of noise.

[She pauses.] You know, by that logic, you can't go near white men, because statistically, most serial killers are white males.

Or a lot of misery.

[Unimpressed] I stay away from men anyway. They like to try and kill me.

Not my fault.

[Pause, tone becomes lightly sarcastic.] Is it a sport, trying to kill you? Is that the national pastime where you come from?

[Yawning a little] Perhaps. I do not trifle with witches. I just am in debited to one.

[A brief silence. Debts do have to be paid, after all.] Then settle your debt and stay away from the witch. What did you take from her?

She is giving me an item to help my family. For that, I have to finish my tasks for her. Unfortunately, I'm not around enough to finish quickly.
