I would be remiss if I did not join in the introductions. I am Professor Charles Xavier, psychiatrist and educator by trade. I would like to thank you all for the quality medical intervention and kindnesses.

I would like to speak with you about ideas regarding the safety and care of the newly empowered. While your accommodations make sense for those working in global security as you do, I believe that many of those coming out of Genosha may need additional privacy and room for training. My family estate is in Westchester County. I would like to offer it as a Safe House and training center.

I have engaged a contractor to make appropriate accommodations for use by powered adults rather than adolescents. I also believe that some security measures will be required. Can you tell me about your system here?

That seems like a good idea. We'd probably run out of room, and we're pretty much at ground zero operating as a rapid response team. I can tell Dr. Strange to send new arrivals there unless they need emergency medical care from our surgeon? If that sounds good?

Right now we've got a full defensive grid on the entire outside of the building. Deflective shielding available if needed, and a backup energy supply in case our main one fails. Totally independent of the power grid. Water and air filtration are treated on site so we're 100% green energy and self sustainable in case of attack. Including biological attacks, since I don't want the sniffles around me.

We're anchored deeper into the bedrock than surrounding structures, with blast resistant construction inside and out, including bulletproof steel and impact-treated composite glass windows. Could set off a ballistic missile in the parking garage and we might feel a tremor? But I made sure it's not going to topple us. We have a system to deal with any chemical weapons and put out large scale fires.

Security monitoring is 24/7 thanks to Friday, including all of the ducts and wiring areas since we knew someone who could go teeny tiny. Labs and offices are bio-scan, voice, retinal, and fingerprint locks, and we regularly issue pass-codes for management or team members. Downstairs is watched by security services on monitors and they make the rounds on foot. So we do things the old fashioned way too.

Looking at what's happened to these people, I'd suggest upping security ASAP. Totally willing to help if you want something set up, so no one's taken out of your estate against their will again.

Thank you, I would appreciate your expertise on this matter. I will call my general contractor to add to our specs immediately.

I'm also making some other modifications, looking toward the future. With your team as an example, I can imagine that as we learn to control our new skills, many of these people will want to support your team when there are threats. So I am making some additional transportation accommodations. You wouldn't believe the contractor's language when I asked for an underground hangar, but I also am not interested in attracting exterior attention.

The renovations will take a significant amount of time, but I'm throwing as much money at it as I can to make the space workable in the next few months.

Ok, I can give you some mock ups if you let me know the area and layout. It should be easy to get some components sent over to your contractor and the set up shouldn't be difficult. I can come by and consult when you're ready for that. I wouldn't mind seeing the place if that's ok?

I was hoping that would be the case. Some of us, like myself, we're not going to be here forever. I think if you're able to help these people and see if any of them are willing to volunteer to help out, it would be a huge help in the long run.

Underground hanger? Wow, yeah, worth being chewed out about. Making things look non threatening on the surface is a great idea. We'll try to keep things on the radar about Genosha or government movements that might impact you guys and gals.

Gotcha. We're happy to host and help out. I know a list of good contractors that don't have loose lips that we use for construction work, if you want to look them over? I can have Friday compile a list.
