As much as I wish I could say it does, things really haven't changed. Not without a whole lot of growing pains, and there's still a lot of room for improvement.

I stumble sometimes, too. Won't say that I don't. All I try to do is keep picking myself up and pushing forward. You're not too bad about offering a hand when it's needed though. I can tell.
