Dressed in a tank top, jeans and riding boots Lana slipped into the library on a mission. Icewind had gotten new horses and two of them were breeds Lana had only seen in horse shows. "So today is basic info on Italian Heavy Draft and Czech warm blood plus I get to see Misty" meaning the gentle Missouri Fox Trotter she was training. The job was her solace after everything that happened back in Smallville as she worked on finding the needed info. "Excuse me maam?" she softly called to the older woman,"Do you know of any books on Italian Heavy Draft or Czech warm blood horses?"

Melinda had just been orbbed into town, at the hands of what she assumed was her brothers. That was of course until she realized that she was in that past, that was when she knew that her pain in the ass brothers couldn't possibly be responsible for her current predicament. If she had found herself in Hawaii or somewhere of the like then she could have blamed her siblings, but orbbing didn't exactly work through time.

The young Halliwell walked into a coffee shop, thankful that the future's money didn't change like it always did in television shows. Because if it had she would have been shit out of luck, but luckily the money she had in her wallet was still just as good in the past as it was in the future. She walked up and leaned against the counted, her backside jutting out as she did. She was about to order a iced coffee when the waitress asked 'can i get you something honey?' When a large man next to her piped up with a 'i've got something you can have', and then proceeded to leer at her in a rather piggish way. With a roll of her eyes she turned to face the man. "Okay." She said seriously, placing her hand out like she expected to be handed something. "Give it to me, only condition is i get to keep it." She quirked an eyebrow at him as she spoke, giving him a look that said; try me buddy.

The man paled and turned his attention away from the teen, getting a dirty look shot at him by the waitress as well after Mel finally placed her order. "Asshole." Melinda muttered, turning to lean her elbows on the counter and look out at the other various people in the shop as she waited on her coffee.
