Add to Memories Tell a Friend
WHO: Dumbledore and Order Members
WHAT: A Patronus Message
WHEN: Sunday Afternoon
WHERE: Their respective homes

The Phoenix Patronus swooped into the room and stopped. For each member in the privacy of his own home, the message began immediately. For those who were not, the Phoenix shrank into a glowing ball of light and guided them to a private place where charms would be needed to ensure secrecy.

When each recipient was ready, Dumbledore's voice spoke calmly. "The next meeting of the Order of the Phoenix will be held in the basement of the Three Broomsticks on Tuesday at seven."

WHO: Sirius & OTA
WHERE: Honeydukes
WHAT: Looking for something sweet/Christmas Shopping

Sirius was shopping in Honeydukes, poking through the chocolate isle, looking at various foil wrapped blocks of chocolates. He wasn't sure what he wanted to get for himself and what he wanted to get for his friends (Lily would probably be mad if he bought Harry sweets for his first Christmas).

He grabbed a brick of chocolate for Remus and put it in his basket. Then he put it back and grabbed a bigger brick. He turned the corner to head into the fudge isle when he almost walked straight into someone.

"So this editorial in the Prophet says that the league should cancel Quidditch for the 1981 season because of the war. Mind you the training doesn't even start until the end of the winter, we don't even know what the landscape of this war is going to look like in a few months, and this stuffy old b--"

"Sirius, keep it clean."

"This stuffy old-- bugger is going to claim that they should cancel it? We all have to watch our backs at night and we get horrible news at least twice a week in the paper, and now we're supposed to stop the one thing that gives seventy-five percent of the wizarding world joy? And don't even start me on that twenty-five percent in that poll who say they don't even care about Quidditch. They're a lost cause.

"Well I say 'No, sir.' We keep Quidditch. If you're going to cancel Quidditch, you're letting the Death Eaters win. You might as well take a Dementor with you Christmas shopping to totally suck the life out of you. I'm being told I have to go to commercial. We'll talk about the possibility of Bingham being traded to the Wasps when we come back."
