God oversees all, knows all, and being the naughty little minx that she is, plays with all. She's created a world where anything goes, where she can pull anybody from anywhere. This includes comics, manga, anime, movies, video games, plays, musicals, tv shows, anywhere in any fandom. If you can think of a fictional character, she can pull them out of their world and plunk them into this one.
At first glance, this world resembles Earth, but not any Earth that most people are familiar with. Everything fictional is real here. Dragons, unicorns, time travelling, mutants, sonic whatevers. Anything from your fandom could probably be found here, within reason. And oddly enough, everybody's canon can be found here, in addition to being available in whatever media form it originated from. This means that House could conceivably watch himself every Tuesday night on tv, or catch up on all his douchbaggery glory with previous season DVD's. It's a real kick in the ass to find out you're fictional.
