[ooc. so a little explanation. phoebe's the only of her sisters to remain loyal to her husband even though he's been enslaved in tartarus forever. however, if she loses her ring, then she'll slowly forget. she lost her ring quite some time ago and cheated with hades, her nephew/brother, and now she's found it. and while she's full of regret, she's just had sex for the first time in the history of man, essentially, and she's a greek goddess who settled in france. basically, any demons/gods/angels/wtfever that aren't taken are being requested for an audience. the last line is, roughly, french for "please pleasure me rightly!" and the italian is taken from one of casanova's short stories. HAVE FUN? :D]

Lakshmi and I laid together a thousand years ago, if even that recently, and you presume that it meant anything more than a casual gesture on both our parts. She may have feelings for me, but I've been quick to point out that I have no such feelings in return.

Speaking of Lakshmi and Grigori... The way she felt towards me and I to her is mirrored in a dear Grigori's love of her and her casual disinterest in him. So I would very much not bring her up as a bastion of love and desire - especially since she is supposed to be married to another being altogether.

You misconstrue, and you misrepresent. You may have knowledge of all the cranial things in this world, all intellectual knowledge, but do you carry the burden of all the knowledge of interpersonal relationships? If you do not, I suggest you do not assume.

I never once laid claim of my capacity for information in any regard. You are the one who brought that up, and you are the one who continues to do so when it is not of importance nor has been thought of as such.

I simply wish not to be as big a fool as the others in my family. Here I am, asking, blatantly, for a lover of divinity and bemoaning my unfaithfulness—did you seriously think your name did not come to mind?

However, I did not know of your status with Lakshmi, and thus I did not say your name. I did not wish to burden you, and chère mère douce miséricorde, you have no need to be jealous, for there are many other women of all makes and types who would gladly lay waste any claim of monogamy for the joy you undoubtedly bring.

Now, can you imagine if you had come here, now? The years can try us all, and there have been many many of them, and yet we must not stoop to level of those who are so much younger, Ashmodei. Or perhaps it is the way of our beings, to hit 5k and regress?
