Something in the air makes me want to vomit.

Just in case individuals from other systems are unaware, you don't need parent or guardian permission for birth control at all. Ever. And I'd be more than happy to provide the 8 4-year Nexplanon injection or the 3-month shot for anyone who's interested. Bear in mind, however, that the shot is only 99% effective. And none of this protects from STIs which you should always be aware of and concerned with.

For the love of Socrates, don't make me have to teach a sex-ed course in this place.

Nice to know that "accurately listing reported side effects" applies, even when my whole point was that they were all complete wimps who couldn't deal with even half of what the female pill causes, let alone the actual risk of death. And I didn't even say anything mean about doctors.

Accurately listing reported side-effects of medications still in a clinical trial is misleading at best, since the purpose of clinical trials is to minimize potential side-effects.

Though you may be pleased to know that there have been enormous strides (in my timeline) to reduce the risks associated with estrogen and progestin-based contraceptives. We've even started to fix that nasty copper toxicity issue with the IUD. And individuals going through hormone therapy have been experiencing far fewer side-effects with the transdermal method of delivery than with the old shots.

Yes, I specifically said that it didn't get past trials. There was absolutely nothing misleading about what I said, unless you just object to transparency in the process of approving medications for human use.

I quite like the implant, personally.

Since you clearly just want to argue with someone and I have work to do
