For mine, everyone sit in a circle. One person is it - that person doesn't sit! I'll pick who's it to start.

That person walks around the circle and taps each person's head, saying "Blank" each time. Then pick one kid, any one, to say "Lizard!" when you tap them. Then that kid gets up and races you around the circle to sit back in your empty spot. Whoever doesn't make it is the new person that's it.
