Here's the second part of the timeline, covering the 1980s and 1990s. Why only two decades this time? Because the NA universe experiences a population explosion during this time, and characters who were already alive do lots of things.

( Timeline Part 2 )

Okay, so some of you may already know that I've been working on a timeline for the game. I started it shortly after I joined to get an idea of what happened when. And a side-effect is that it's helped get a unique perspective on what our little continuity looks like when events are stacked against each other and presented in-context. I've even helped a few of you out in figuring out some details of your characters' backstories.

So with that in mind, I thought I'd post the timeline in progress for us all to collaborate. I've perused character applications and any other information that's been dropped in IC and OOC posts for fodder. But I've mostly stuck to info that I could safely hang on the timeline, based on birthdates and the ages given for how old a character was when a certain thing happened. I've left a lot of stuff off because I wasn't sure at what age it might've happened, but that's where you folks come in!

To reduce the length of the post (because more facts will be added on a regular basis), I'm splitting up the timeline into four sections.
This post: From the first known facts in the continuity to the end of the 1970s.
Post 2: From the 1980s to the 1990s.
Post 3: From the 2000s to the start of the game.
Post 4: The game's timeline itself.
