[So, the baseball game has come and gone. Mami received some helpful advice from a new friend while in the crowd and set off to learn to read once the game let out.

By some stroke of good fortune, she actually managed to find the education center, and is now attempting to learn the fine art of reading. She's...never actually learned to read before due to being stuck in ye olde rural village, so this is very new to her.

So far, so good, though. ...maybe.]

[Fletcher is in his garden working. He's just finished transplanting his cacti to a separate plot, near his original garden but still separate. The sunflowers are blossoming nicely on them, and he wants to grow more, so he'll need more space for them.

It's getting late, so he's thinking of calling it a day; right now he's standing there picking cactus thorns out of his clothing and gloves. And he'd tried to be careful, too... At least he wasn't hurt.]

[Still loitering around the Education Center.] On the surface, it would seem nothing has changed. [Inoffensive conversation starter get! One can't exactly ask 'Who wants to help overthrow the current warden?' over the network.]

[Anyone close to the Educational Center would hear a song. And if they went inside, they would see Len playing the piano. He has been coming here for a few days, trying to learn how to play an instrument, any one. In the end, he had chosen the piano. The servant had been there most of the day, trying to memorize and play all the notes.

When he thought he was getting it right, he let his mind wander off a little. He knows that a lot of people said too much yesterday… And he was glad that it wasn’t his case. Yes, Len believe that he might have said too much to Minako but… He can trust her, he is sure of it. He was sure that she wouldn’t tell Rin. Now he just had to ask Adrianna if she accidentally said something…

It seems like he got too distracted, because he missed a note. He groans and puts his hand behind his neck. He had to focus if he wanted to do it right!]

((ooc: feel free to bother him, please!! Since I can't seem to get the link to work, the sng is Life and Death by Michael Giaccino))

Lyle Dylandy
[The video post just shows Lyle lounging on his bed in the Shelter. He still has the ball and chain on and the bot is in the room with him. He is holding a book over his head with one hand, the book that Euphie brought him only the day before. Nothing too terribly exciting. But he is also rather distracted from his reading.]

Stupid air freshener... things. Made things so much weirder yesterday. At least I found out the others are here. Some pretty nice people... some really odd ones too.

[He glances over at the ball and chain that is still around his leg.]

At least I'll be free of that tomorrow... Though kind of a shame that Frederick will probably be leaving.

[He turns back to his book.]
