This is a PSA that apps will be done within the next 24 hours, but slightly later than usual. Your mods had a very busy weekend and have a very busy Monday ahead, so we're sorry for delaying this when many of you (and many newcomers!) are waiting for responses.

On a related note, let's officially say there's a slowatus in effect for Sentience. Please respond here with a link if you need a thread finished with Sentience from last week that will affect your characterization and really needs to be finished so you know where your character stands. Otherwise, many apologies, but ICly, Sentience's distraction explains why it didn't hasten to answer your every conversational joust.

The Sho returns! Sorry about that guys! I am officially back on track and feeling much much better! :3 I'll be completely off the pain meds tomorrow or the next day which means I can tag, plot or write with whoever would like to! 1. Activity check!
Comment here with one of these filled out for every character you play. This month all current characters must respond.

Use your character's community tag to find their activity for January and summarize it. Starting this month, untagged activity will not count toward your activity check. If you respond to a post, put your tag on the post. Some of our players have conscientiously been doing this for other people, and it's getting to be a lot of work for them. Do it yourself, or risk failing an activity check. ♥

Be detailed! "Deire mostly just hung around" is not detailed. But don't be tl;dr! Two comments worth of a small essay riddled with links is tl;dr. The purpose of that section is to remind people what your character has been up to, so that any thoughts about your characterization will come back to them. It defeats the point if it's too long to read, or too short to jog memories.

You'll have one full week to comment, until the 7th.


2. How's my driving?
Respond to other people's comments! Tell them if you think their characterization is right, wrong, just slightly off the mark; tell them if you think their character is so X Y and Z that you've decided to read/watch/play their canon; tell them if you think they as a player need to work on something, IC or OOC. You don't have to know someone's canon to give them valuable feedback.

Please do not say "concrit welcome" or "please crit me". Crit is not something you opt out of by not begging for it; everyone is required to be open to concrit to play here! You may state a preference for logged-in vs anon concrit, but please everyone feel free to offer your helpful critique!
