Kate Argent from Teen Wolf
They could go a few directions. Assuming that the Argents feel the same about vampires as they do werewolves it could be similar to what happened between Kate and Derek. Damon and Kate could also bond on a similar disliking of werewolves as in his canon werewolves are one of the biggest threats to vampires.
Nina Theroux from Alphas
I imagined that, as a vampire, Damon would be immune to Nina’s pushing and that she would be immune to his compulsion. He’d be curious about this and interested in her from the start.
Andie Star from The Vampire Diaries
Damon is in game from a point in canon prior to his meeting Andie, but she could easily play catch up with him. They could have a relationship similar to what the show explored.
