Find Players

I want to write about vampires. Dark, dangerous and down-and-dirty vampires who behave like vampires not humans. Who know they are superior, top of the food chain. Who go out and feed as their appetite demands, who toy with their food before they pounce and have fractured, difficult and intense relationships with one another. I want to thread and log with players who communicate with one another, who plot and scheme. Organic is good and so is structure, I just want to write. Does such a place exist? Failing that, what about starting a gpsl? Anyone?
