What the hell was I thinking? Alice yelled at herself mentally for taking on the challenge of philosophy as her major during this tour of college. Having not been human for about a century had made her ability to understand humans' minds much harder than it once was. Although able to see some human futures (only those closest to her, of course), this was a time Alice wished she had Edward's ability to see into their thoughts. It would make taking this mid-term much easier.

She pulled the book closer to her nose as she leaned back against the pillows of the couch.

What: Fiding a safe place
Where: The woods
When: Just after a discussion at Christenson's
Why: because Rosalie needs to make sure Rebekah is safe
Rating: Pg-13 at the most

Running swiftly out of the restaraunt, Rosalie made sure that Rebekah held on tightly, for Rosalie was the type of person who did not hold back when there was someone to protect. She was still shocked that Caitlen trusted her enough to make sure her sister would be safe with her, but Rosalie liked the youngest sister anyway, despite everything Angelina had said about them. She was glad she left the room for she was away from smelling the blood. Having the perfect record of never tasting human blood had its perks, but holding back on the urge was tougher than it looked. She made a beeline for the woods and knew that inside the shadows of the trees, they would be safe. Getting inside far enough, Rosalie stopped and gently set Rebekah on her feet and pulled out her cell phone to send Alice a text message to let her sister know that they were safe in woods until the situation at hand was handled. Putting her cell away, Rosalie looked at the young girl. "Are you alright?" She asked, showing concern for her.

Alice was finding she was actually a bit nervous about this meeting. After the information she got from Caitlen about her sister, this was sure to be an interesting introduction. Despite the possibilities that this could end in disaster, Alice was sure enough of the vision she had about the future. She waited somewhat impatiently to get everyone together to talk about what the future had in store for the two families. She'd also brought along Caitlen's diary that she had lost the day Alice had met her in the woods. Even though she had been brought up better, she had read a few of the entries and learned quite a bit about the girl's past. Indeed this meeting was going to be strange, if nothing else.
