Yeah, I dunno. IT'S LATE. Anyhow, I was thinking about the lack of journalishness in the communities, so I think we should bring back the screen names list. I'll make this the thread that's linked to for them. Since most of the characters are at the mansion now, most all of them can have journals on computers and can interact via the network at Xavier's. It's the same network their walkies, phones, headsets, etc work on, and is satellite-based. Just a reminder; there isn't much internet activity - if any. But the network at Xavier's still works, so folks can chat from different places within the grounds and probably text from their iPhones to the mansion if they're out on a mission. Screen names would be for chatting purposes only. If you'd like them to update a journal that others can see and comment on (like a myspace situation) then put the entries behind cuts and label them as viewable to other folks at the mansion. If they're private, that's fine too, but no one should be commenting on them. Chat logs can be hilarious and more entertaining than a thread sometimes and can be done in a format like this:
screen_name1: Hey, what's up?
screen_name2: Not a lot, just hanging out.
They're easier when done on AIM, as opposed to threading them out. But anyhow, they can be posted in the IC or the backdates, or on personal journals, as you see fit, but please try to remember to label them like a normal thread with who, what and when, etc.

EDIT! I updated the THREADS LIST to include open, closed and backdated threads. So, if you lost something, find it there. I just don't feel like updating both a list for the backdates and one for the current-time threads. So, there it be.
EDIT X 2! I wanted to share this with you all: LJLogin. It's a plugin/add on for Firefox that allows you to login and move between multiple accounts at several journal sites including LJ, GJ and IJ. So, if you have multiple journals at those places, I'd advise installing this little goody. Remember to click "remember" or "save" my password - not sure which it says. It's so much easier though, when posting with all my characters (and Rob's, who lives here too!). It's also really convenient for add folks to our friends lists via the F-LISTER (which you should go to and use on account of we have new folks). |

Hey guys. I just wanted to let you all know - marvel_icons over at GJ has some great stuff early on (it was founded by me and my ex-co-mod Taylor). Currently, we've been posting to ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) citadel_icons for a year now - we have a lot of X-Men stuff and it's mostly tagged, so things are easy to find. But I just wanted to say that I made an IJ community to link to the LJ one. There's on for GJ as well, so I could do lj-tags as links/credits for icons. So, if you take any of that or any of the trinkets I pop up with now and then, I just wanted to say that now you can use the < lj user="citadel_icons" > tag and it will work and they'll get to the icons if they click around.
