Who: Felicia and Emerson Where: Castle grounds When: After classes, early evening What: Emerson offered to listen to Felicia's worries
Emerson wasn't sure that meeting with Felicia was a good idea. This whole situation was a little off and he felt uncertain of himself as he left the dungeon. It wasn't that he held any ill-feelings towards Felicia; quite the contrary, he thought she was a nice girl and knew she was important to Reed. Perhaps that was part of why he felt so timid to speak with her. He didn't know her as well as Reed did, but wanted to know her better. At least, thought he did. Though what he really wanted more than anything was to make things right with Reed again. He wasn't sure if Felicia knew about their issues, but he had no intention of bringing them up either. He was going to meet with her primarily to listen to what she had to say, and offer advice if he could. His own worries, he felt, were his own fault. He just needed to find a way to get over it and hopefully salvage things with Reed.
He tightened his scarf a little to protect his neck and slid his hands into the pockets of his cloak as he walked towards the entrance to the Great Hall. The usual grace in his gait was replaced by heavier footsteps. He just wasn't happy. He missed the way things had been over the holidays, and would've given anything to be able to go back to that point in time. As it was, he was stuck in the present, and would have to deal with it. He put on a mask of calm, and softened his features as he stood at their designated meeting place, waiting for her to arrive.
