I did something yesterday that I never wanted to do in my life. It was just as terrible as I thought it would be, but... I saved a friend's life by doing it. Does that make it better, or is it still just as terrible? I don't know. I wish I did. I wish I knew how this would end up, if I did the right thing. I hope I'm up to this...

It's taking a lot of concentration not to say the thing I did, wow.

	Shades of grey, yeah, but... do those shades include turning your friend into a vampire to save his life? I don't know if I'm up to this, Jenna. I barely got through the first months of my own change, and I had a lot of vampire role models. I want to teach Stiles how to be a good vampire, but... I don't know if I can. You wouldn't be here if it weren't for someone crossing lines. You might be just dead otherwise, but you aren't. I know things aren't easy from what I've been told, but you of all people have the ability to really help Stiles and give him the chance to be the kind of person you are, and the kind you look up to, the kind you want to be. We might need blood to survive but we still have our humanity.

It isn't easy. I know it isn't easy. It's possible though.
