Every one of them leaves? Have you no friends here, no one rallying around you? No one asking if you need them to come to you. Or are those perhaps the ones you're pushing away? And I get it, I do, I spent years doing it.

But what does it gain you, yeah maybe they leave and it will hurt if they do. But it hurts because you care, if you stop caring it'll still hurt but in a different way, because you'll have nothing and no one, all you'll have is bitter memories instead of happy ones.

You insulted Lois, Castiel, Clark. People who only want to help you. Do you want to keep them far from you so you don't lose them, is that it? Would you rather you hadn't known Connor at all, or Allana for that matter?

You're smarter than that.

Yes. Some come back but most don't.

I'm just tired. I'm tired of being left behind. I kept fighting before because it was whats right, but I don't know what's right. What's right ends in pain too.
