I need help, figuring out what the boyfriend is supposed to do in this situation. Claudia's been having nightmares, same as a lot of people here it seems. I don't know how to help.

That's your call. Either way works, maybe don't push at first, but if they keep getting worse, then push?

There should be a guidebook for these things. I'm not sure how much she's trying to push down. I've never exactly done this before, I have no clue what I'm doing.
