No Evil
So. I didn't know if I should say anything, since I'm not really involved in the fight that's going on. But I've been reading everything, the pros and the cons, and I just want to say something, just to share a different perspective.
I did the sacrifice thing. I gave up my life to save my crew and anyone our ship would have landed on in the city below. I died of radiation poisoning because I went into a reactor to get it to work again so thousands of people didn't die. And I would do it again in a heartbeat if I got presented with the same choice, even if I didn't get brought back to life again. If someone wants to make the sacrifice, if they've thought about it long and hard and they still want to do it, let them. But only if they've really thought about it, because they might not be as lucky as I was. Because sometimes it's just what you've got to do to save something important. But no one should be taking their decision away from them. And that's all I've got to say about it.
